The best part about being a Financial Planner is developing relationships with my clients and working to grow that over time. Part of the financial planning process is solving problems - I believe there’s always a solution, no matter how complex the issue may be.

I like to look at the big picture, to understand where my clients are now and where they want to be in the future. For me, it’s about getting the job done and achieving the best outcome. Anything can be dressed up to look and sound good but you need to be able to back it up with results. It’s very rewarding to be able to provide my clients with the strategic vehicle which allows them to reach their goals.

Outside of work I’m kept busy with children’s sporting activities as well as keeping fit myself. I also enjoy dining out with great friends, and good wine.

I get a lot of joy out of working with a team of great people who are passionate about what they do. What personally drives me is the challenge of ensuring our client experience with us is personal and professional. I believe what we do makes a big difference in people’s everyday lives. To witness a client's journey, from the moment they make contact with us to them reaching their goals, is hugely rewarding for me. I like making a positive difference in people’s lives, it genuinely makes me happy.

Outside of work, I am married and have three adult children whom I love to spend time with. Living in the Shire all my life, I love spending time outdoors, keeping fit and socialising with our wonderful friends. These are all very important to me and are a priority for ongoing health and happiness.

I feel fortunate to work in a role where I can help people make informed choices that give clarity, direction, and peace of mind. My late father taught me how to trade shares as a teenager and I’ve had a keen interest in finance and investment ever since. In my years as an adviser, I’ve learnt that the right combination of empathy, investment expertise and sound technical knowledge enables an adviser to make a meaningful difference to the lives of clients.

I thrive on building relationships with people and helping them meet their short, medium and long term goals. Having the right roadmap in place can provide you with the financial confidence to both live the life you want and be well-positioned to deal with the unexpected.

When I’m not at work, my hands are full with a young family and I also enjoy running the nearby bush trails in the Royal National Park.

James Bonamy

Being a financial adviser allows me to convert my passion for all things finance and economics into helping people live a better life.

Giving advice for over 20 years, also means I have seen it all. Not just how investments and strategies move and evolve, but how people feel and the impact of not only the good times, like great gains in shares and property markets, but tough times like the GFC. It means I know and see the rewards of solving problems, having solid strategies, and what leads to results. It is also why I know how important it is to keep my clients informed, have open discussions, and truly understand what money means to them.

My goal is to give you contentment on your financial life.

When I am not at work, it’s often time spent looking for ways to enjoy the sunshine with the family. We love the chance to get away for the weekend in the caravan.

Todd Tudor-Stack

After graduating from the University of the Sunshine Coast and having now spent more than 10 years in the Financial Advice industry working in the Sutherland Shire, I have continued to develop my knowledge and skills in all areas of Financial Advice.

Through my role at Tempus Wealth as a Senior Adviser, I take great pleasure in helping my wide range of clients from young wealth accumulators, pre-retirees, retirees and elderly Aged Care residents achieve their goals and reach financial freedom.

In my downtime enjoy getting outside and enjoying all the Sutherland Shire and surrounds have to offer, so if you see me don’t be afraid to say hi!

As a Shire resident with a young family and a career built around financial advice process and compliance, it was important for me to find a team that shares my values in providing financial advice aimed at achieving the best outcome for our clients. In my role as Compliance and Advice Team Manager, I see Tempus Wealth delivering on this every day. Coupled with a genuine desire to continuously learn and improve, I see Tempus Wealth as a trusted advice business for myself and my local community.

Outside of work, my wife Amanda and I are regularly seen chasing after our 2 children around the local parks, beaches and sports venues.

Financial Planning to me is about maximising what you have to enjoy the life you want both now and into the future. I love showing clients how our strategies can help them live their best life, and then helping them refine the strategy as they progress through their lives. I really enjoy helping people and making a positive difference to their life.

Outside of work I love to travel to new places, and learn about other cultures/history and cuisines. Personally, I am married with 3 kids and 2 dogs.

I am a Shire boy that has been involved in the financial advice industry for 3 years running. Financial advice has evolved from ‘occupation only’ to an absolute passion of mine. I feel accomplished in being part of a team that meets people from all walks of life, with different financial goals, and advising them to achieve these goals. In the short term, I look to learn as much as possible from the team at Tempus with hopes to one day become an Adviser.

Outside of work, you will find me out enjoying the beach, rowing surf boats at Wanda Surf Club or at the SCG cheering on the Swans.

I’ve spent most of my working life in a professional office, and I am happy to say that I’m still learning every day. I love that Tempus Wealth is a forward-thinking practice that is team focused and has the success of our clients at its core. I strive to do my job to the best of my ability and ensure every client receives the highest standard of service.

On the weekends I can be found chasing my beautiful grandsons around sporting fields or the beach.

I have spent most of my adult life working in the Financial Planning Industry from Marketing through to my new role in Customer Service.

Outside of Tempus Wealth, my other passion is my family. I love weekly family dinner night with my husband, four boys and their partners and when I have down time –travelling, reading, walking and dinner in good restaurants.

I was interested in financial planning from a young age and want to pursue a career as a Financial Advisor in the future. I had just completed my HSC when I joined Tempus Wealth, with no clue on how I wanted to begin my journey into adulthood. At first I wasn’t sure it would be for me, though after seeing how much thought goes into every aspect of our services and how much care all of the team puts in, I knew Tempus was the place for me.

I am passionate about putting effort in and seeing someone benefit from it. Working at Tempus Wealth and seeing clients walk out the door with a smile on their face gives me the best satisfaction that I could have.

To me, financial advice has always been a career of interest due to the relationships that are formed with clients, opposed to other areas within the financial industry which are primarily based around numbers. After completing an internship at an investment management firm, I decided to give the financial planning industry a go. I was drawn to financial planning straight out of high school, starting a part time job in the industry while I was studying at University. From here I was set on training to become a financial adviser due to the nature of this rewarding industry where I can build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and help them in their own financial journey. I have joined Tempus Wealth to continue to build my financial planning skills in a hard working and dedicated environment.

With a BCom majoring in Finance and currently undertaking my Master of Financial Planning, I have surrounded myself with a great team here at Tempus and now aspiring to eventually become a licensed financial adviser.

Awishkar Gnyawali

With a passion for all aspects of Financial Advice, I’m excited to be developing my skills alongside the experienced team at Tempus Wealth. After transitioning to Financial Advice from playing lower grade Rugby League and a career in Fitness Coaching, I’ve spent the past four years working closely with various high-net-worth and family office/wholesale advisers, gaining valuable insight into the industry. I’ve since completed a Master of Applied Finance (with Excellence) and a Diploma of Financial Planning, and I’m now focused on progressing toward becoming a qualified adviser.

Outside the office, you’ll find me playing music, watching rugby league, or burying myself in video games.
